North Valley Caring Services is hosting our Annual Halloween Harvest Fest, and this is YOUR chance to be part of something truly magical! 🌙🎃 We’re rallying the community to create a safe, fun, and unforgettable Halloween for North Hills families and kids. And we need YOU to help us make it happen!

🍭Resource Booths for Trick-or-Treaters: Every booth will have candy, fun, and a direct connection to families!

What you can expect...

We will be in touch with all the event logistics, layout map and final details at least 1-week before the event!
We’ll have tons of opportunities to connect with local residents. Let’s come together and make this Halloween a beacon of hope and joy in North Hills. Join us, and be a part of this unforgettable, impactful night!

Community Partner Requirements:

Arrival starts at 5:30pm. Please be ready to go by 6:15pm

Free parking located at the rear of our parking lot (entrance on LANGDON AVENUE between Rayen Street and Nordhoff)

All Community Partners are asked to stay for the entire event

Tear-down 8:30pm

Decorate your booth Halloween Harvest Fest themed!

Please bring candy to pass out to trick or treaters! And, at least one "giveaway" item for attendees (approx 3,000)

We will provide a table & 2 chairs

To confirm your space complete the following information & hit submit - deadline to submit 10/15/24:
By submitting this form you acknowledge that you agree to the following:
• Provide NVCS with a hi-resolution logo for use in signage and promotions
• Provide NVCS with edit/approval of inclusion in promotional items within 24 hours of receiving proof via email
• NVCS using your logo in all promotional materials (pre-event, event, post event) related to the Annual Halloween Harvest Fest Event
• Give NVCS full media release to post and use any photographs/video that includes us
• Be recognized as a "community partner/sponsor" in all printed and digital event promotions (pre-event, day of event, post-event)
NORTH VALLEY CARING SERVICES Effective 1/1/2022
Liability Waiver, Indemnity and Partner Agreement: By hosting a community booth/volunteering at North Valley Caring Services, you release North Valley Caring Services, its staff, other volunteers and employees from any and all liability for claims, causes of action, damages, injury and wrongful death resulting from your participation in programs and activities offered by or in conjunction with North Valley Caring Services, whether caused by its negligence or otherwise. By your participation in North Valley Caring Services programs and activities you are assuming full responsibility for injuries, illnesses and other damage resulting from or that may occur by such participation. You understandI that pictures may be taken of your participation in said programs and activities and they may be used in promotional materials including news articles and brochures. In addition, you understand that North Valley Caring Services is not bound to provide any form of compensation for the activities performed during your time spent at the organization.
